Usernames have been assigned to every member and spouse by using your first initial + last name. However, there are some instances where multiple people have the same first initial + last name. In those instances, we have added a numeric suffix to each of the user names (e.g. JDoe1; JDoe2; etc). When you log into the web site, please use the Username that was sent to you via mail.
Your account number is still your basic password, but it too may need a suffix. If you are listed as the primary member on the account, then please use your account number as your password. If you are listed as the spouse on the account, then please use your account number with a “-1” appended to it. (e.g. member = 123, spouse = 123-1).
